Tenant Find
- Kingswood Lettings will visit the property, take photos and details for the websites
- Take calls/emails from prospective tenants' and carry out viewings at the property
- Reference check the prospective tenant using a reputable independent referencing company including compulsory Right to Rent check
- Prepare fully compliant tenancy documents (including inventory)
- Check tenant in to the property, collecting all monies owed
- Protect the deposit paid as required by law, in a government approved deposit protection scheme. Kingswood Lettings are registered with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS)
- Transfer first months rent to your designated account and hand over all tenancy documents
- Cost £250.00 per property

- Monthly management fee of 10% deducted automatically from the rent each month (discounts available for multiple properties)
- Regular home inspections throughout the year providing you with short report and photos
- Rent transfer each month
- Monthly statement
- Point of call for tenant issues would be Kingswood Lettings. We have trusted, local tradesman if required or will liaise with tradesman of your choice
- Emergency 24-hour contact number for your tenant
- We will update tenancy documents as necessary to comply with ever changing rules and regulations and negotiate new fixed terms as and when necessary
- Ensure all property certificates are kept up to date (if applicable)
